Have you ever thought about trying out yoga but don’t have hundreds of dollars to spend on a membership or want to give it a try at home first but don’t know about any good resources for beginners? Well, thankfully you don’t have to because this week’s AskDrDAni TV episode is a yoga for beginners video free class!  So now there’s no excuse to not try it and I’m going to help you to get started!  And even if you are already a yoga ninja this is the perfect Hatha class to bring balance to both body and mind, and is great to do on your ‘off days’ if you do more intense forms of yoga like Ashtanga, Bikrams or hot yoga, or power vinyassa yoga.
